We offer a variety of programming that showcases contemporary art in our community and beyond through educational classes, workshops and experience for learners of all ages.

Educational

New Arts Foundations

An extracurricular after-school program for middle school students meeting weekly. Students work with different teachers each week learning foundational knowledge in contemporary art history and art-making practices. Students will utilize interdisciplinary methods to create artworks that will be presented to the public on the final date of the program.

New Arts Youth Council

An extracurricular after-school program for high school students meeting weekly. Students learn skills that assist them with both the artistic and business sides of being an artist. They will work on different projects allowing them to strengthen their artistic talents while also challenging them.

New Arts Summer Camp

New Arts Camp is a five-session camp where students are able to participate in a specific genre of contemporary art during each session. Students will participate in disciplines ranging from performing arts and digital creation to site specific art and storytelling.
All sessions meet from 12:30-4:30 pm during the week and cost $115 for the week (this includes all supplies).
New Arts Summer Camp 2023 Sessions

New Arts Residency

New Arts Residency Program brings contemporary artists and thinkers into the public classroom in order to develop thoughtful aesthetic projects in collaboration with students. This program allows teachers to provide necessary arts education to their students while engaging with the community and local artists.

Any Given Child

Any Given Child-Tulsa provides equity and access in arts education for every K-8 student who attends Tulsa Public Schools. Living Arts Tulsa is one of 14 partners working collaboratively with lead organizer AHHA Tulsa to fund and implement arts education programming, both in the classroom and in the community.

Flip the Gallery

A virtual program presenting archival footage, educational activities, classes, and performances weekly. This program allows us to reach patrons who aren’t able to come into the gallery, or may wish to enjoy from home!
