A biennial survey of visual art in Tulsa.

Artists who are not members of Living Arts of Tulsa will be charged a non-refundable entry fee of $25 for up to two entries. Artists who are members of Living Arts of Tulsa will be charged a $15 entry fee. If paying by check, please make checks payable to: Living Arts of Tulsa.
A maximum of two entries per artist may be submitted for consideration in any media. Installation, performance and video proposals encouraged. Work must be original, executed since January 1, 2016. All work must be for sale. Living Arts retains a 30% Commission. All submissions subject to review by Living Arts for feasibility.
Oh, Tulsa! is a competitive survey open to adult artists 18 years of age or older, who currently live or have lived in Tulsa. All mediums and subject matter considered. This is your chance to shine!
All work accepted for the exhibition must be ready for display. All 2D work must include hanging device. Living Arts reserves the right to omit work which differs significantly from the submitted image or proposal, or is not ready for exhibition. Original work only, no giclees or reproductions will be accepted.
Send one digital image file for each 2D work entered or two digital images for each 3D work. Digital images must be high-quality JPEG with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and file size between 1 — 4 MB. Images should be cropped to the edges of the actual artwork and oriented correctly. Include in your entry your name, email address, title of work, media, size, price, year executed, when you lived in Tulsa and the city/state where you live currently. Include a 150 word or less artist statement. Deadline for entries is June 2, 2017.
All 2D and 3D work will be selected by the curator. If entering an installation, performance or a video, contact email@example.com for guidelines for presentation. This is also necessary due to space and technical requirements.
AWARDS Cash prizes will be awarded. All awards will be made at the Curator's discretion and will be determined by viewing actual work. One award will be for the best reflection of Tulsa, positive or negative.
Shipped work must arrive at Living Arts between Wednesday, July 26 and Friday, July 28. Hand-delivered work will be accepted Saturday, July 29 from 1 — 4 PM. Shipped work will be returned within 30 days after the close of the exhibit. A prepaid FedEx shipping label must be included with your artwork if you want us to ship it back. Hand-delivered works may be retrieved Saturday, August 26 from 1 — 4 PM. Works cannot be removed from Living Arts before the close of the exhibit.
Living Arts of Tulsa reserves the right to photograph and reproduce all artworks accepted for the exhibition regardless of copyright. Photographs, slides or digital images will be used in the event of an exhibition catalog, educational and/or publicity purposes only.
The receipt of an entry for Oh, Tulsa! will be understood to imply agreement on the part of the entrant with all conditions set forth in this prospectus.
