Examining Change The North Tulsa Art Project Educational Forum

Don’t miss this vital panel discussion of change (and the expectations thereof) in Tulsa, and especially in north Tulsa.  From the 1988 NAACP lawsuit to the 1989 City Charter change to the local elections of 2016, Tulsa’s understanding of itself and its future are growing and evolving.  This panel of vibrant local leaders will explore the City’s past and present to discuss the expectations and outlook for the future.
